Delete your PRAiGO account

You can delete your account yourself, inside the app, in about ten seconds. No email, no support ticket, no waiting.

In the app

Profile tab → settings (gear icon) → Delete my account → Delete

When you confirm, PRAiGO immediately deletes your photos (both the records and the actual image files), erases your name, handle, avatar, bio, campus and interests, and permanently locks the account — your phone number and email are removed from the sign-in record so it can never be signed into or recognised again. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted, and what is not

• Deleted: your profile identity, your avatar, every photo you uploaded, your likes, your interests, your sign-in identifiers.
• Kept, anonymised: Socials you hosted remain, attributed to “Someone”, because deleting them would also erase the attendance history and points of everyone who came. Nothing identifying you stays on them.

If you can’t access the app

Lost your phone, uninstalled, or can’t sign in? Email aadijain725@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or include the phone number you signed up with) and we will run the same deletion for you, then confirm by reply.
